NAME OF THE COURT THAT ISSUED THE REGISTRATION DECISION, DATE OF DECISION AND
NO: 26.03.2019 finalized on 10.09.2019 by Istanbul 12th Civil Court of First Instance
dated and numbered E:2018/157, K:2019/111.
PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION: Acting with a sense of social responsibility, the Foundation aims to to provide financial support to students, … and other purposes specified in the foundation’s charter
ASSETS OF THE FOUNDATION: 100.000,00TL (One Hundred Thousand Turkish Liras) in cash.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS: Mehmet Emin Hitay, Kerim Hitay, Eyüp Oğuzhan Hitay.
TRANSFER OF PROPERTY AND RIGHTS IN CASE OF TERMINATION OF THE FOUNDATION: The property and rights remaining after the liquidation shall be transferred to the Darussafaka Society.
It is hereby announced in accordance with Article 104 of the Turkish Civil Code.
